All tools provided by Quib.dev (including but not limited to Ping, Port Checker, and DNS Lookup) are strictly for educational, informational, and authorized diagnostic purposes only.
3. Prohibited Uses (Abuse Policy)
You agree NOT to use the Service:
- To scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system, network, or server without explicit authorization from the owner.
- To conduct Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood networks, or disrupt external services.
- For any illegal, malicious, or unethical activities.
- To attempt to bypass or overload our rate limiting architecture.
4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Quib.dev acts solely as a utility provider. We do not monitor, control, or endorse the endpoints queried by our users. Quib.dev, its owners, and its operators shall NOT be held liable for any damages, legal repercussions, or network disruptions resulting from the use or misuse of these tools by third-party users. The responsibility of ensuring authorization for network queries lies entirely with the user.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to permanently ban your IP address and deny access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Automated detection systems are in place to flag and block abusive request patterns.
